Social Care Worker — Bray

Support young people and vulnerable adults across aftercare, transitional care and community outreach services.

  • 12-hour day shifts (10am–10pm) and 24-hour shifts (10am–10am); flexibility required for a 24/7 service.

Role essentials

What you’ll need

  • Permission to work in Ireland
  • At least one year’s experience in a healthcare or disability-support setting
  • BA in Social Care or relevant QQI Level 7 qualification, completed or in progress
  • CORU registration as a Social Care Worker, or completion of a CORU-approved programme leading to registration

What the work includes

  • Support care and placement plans while promoting independence and rights
  • Support attendance at education, training, medical and clinical appointments
  • Liaise with families, professionals and external agencies
  • Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures
