How referrer data is used

This funnel asks a referrer only for their own name and email. A candidate’s private contact information should not be submitted by somebody else.

What is collected

Your name, email, unique referral code, the campaign source that led you here, status and relevant timestamps. Candidate information is collected separately from the candidate through the shareable link.

Why it is used

To create and associate a referral code, contact you about programme administration, resolve duplicate referrals and verify reward eligibility if the referred candidate is hired and meets the confirmed conditions.

Eligibility decisions

Recruiters manage referral status and duplicates. Full eligibility, exclusions, payout, tax and dispute rules are TBC pending approved referral terms.

Retention, processors and rights
