How recruitment enquiry data is used
This focused notice explains the intended handling of information submitted through the Barróg recruitment funnel. It does not replace Barróg Healthcare’s approved privacy policy until formally adopted.
What is collected
The quick form collects the role or location you selected, your name, email address and CV. Phone is optional. If you later choose to add more information, the continuation step may also collect qualification, CORU, right-to-work and driving-licence details. Campaign and referral identifiers may be recorded to preserve attribution.
Why it is used
The information is used to respond to your expression of interest, assess role-specific fit through human recruiter review, request a formal application where appropriate, manage the recruitment process and maintain an audit record. The quick form is not a full formal application.
Optional future-role updates
Consent to hear about future roles is separate and optional. Declining does not affect the current recruitment enquiry. The production withdrawal route is TBC pending Barróg approval.
Who can access it
Access is intended for authorised Barróg recruitment staff and approved processors supporting hosting, secure storage and email delivery. The final processor list and data-processing arrangements are TBC.
Retention and legal basis
The lawful basis and precise retention schedule are TBC and require Barróg approval. Records must not be kept longer than the approved recruitment purpose requires.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, restriction or deletion where applicable. Barróg’s existing contact route is info@barroghealthcare.ie or +353 1 403 3867. The production recruitment-specific rights route is TBC.
Advertising platforms
CVs, health information and detailed applicant answers are not sent to advertising platforms. Meta or analytics activation remains disabled until Barróg approves a privacy and consent design.
