What you’ll need
- Permission to work in Ireland
- At least one year’s experience in a healthcare or disability-support setting
- BA in Social Care or relevant QQI Level 7 qualification, completed or in progress
- CORU registration as a Social Care Worker, or completion of a CORU-approved programme leading to registration
What the work includes
- Support care and placement plans while promoting independence and rights
- Support attendance at education, training, medical and clinical appointments
- Liaise with families, professionals and external agencies
- Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures
